Primrose Brae is ideally located within the heart of the town, yet set back from the main road it enjoys views over the roof tops of Combe Martin. The balcony (accessed directly from the lounge) offers an excellent quiet and peaceful place to sit and soak up the sunshine and sea air.

The location is perfect for access to the harbourside pubs: The Focsle, The Royal Marine and The Dolphin, just a little further up King street The Pack O'cards also offers excellent food and drink.

Combe Martin is an excellent base for exploring the many attractions of North Devon. The area offers superb recreational facilities for young families including the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur park, the Big Sheep, and the Milky Way. There's plenty of excellent food and drink to keep the parents happy. And an great selection of National Trust, English Heritage, and private houses and gardens open all year round.
