Quite often well established accommodation providers will have bookings arriving from various different sources. It is important to give guests a seamless service, and we cannot risk giving misleading information. So if we assume the role of agent for your property you must notify us immediately when you wish to accept bookings from other sources. Where a booking is referred via the owner, we will waive any booking fees.
