A well presented brochure is an effective way to promote your property. Brochures are typically mailed out in reply to a request for further information. They are also sent as complimentary information when guests make an on-line reservation.

A brochure is anything from a single A5 flyer to a 20 page glossy brochure. Most self catering landlords require only one or two folded A4 sheets of 120 gram card. Print runs would typically be fairly small. Producing 50 brochures a year may be perfectly adequate for a single unit.

E-Brochure

It is increasingly popular to produce an electronic version of your brochure in the form of a PDF file which can be downloaded or emailed in response to enquiries.

A high resolution brochure will still only be approximately 1 megabyte in size, and with today's high bandwidth internet connections they can be downloaded in seconds.

A PDF brochure can then be printed off by the recipient. They benefit from the instant well formatted information and you benefit from reduced printing and postage costs.

Subsidised Brochures

Since you will be distributing your literature at your own expense and effort, you may be able to interest local pubs and service providers in advertising in your brochure helping to share your marketing costs.

To avoid the waste of over ordering we make it as simple as possible for you to operate a "Just in Time" policy. We print and ship brochures in batches as few as ten at a time (and in multiples of five thereafter). Simply enter your reference number in the form below and state how many are required in the comments field. Your order will be despatched by first class post within two working days.

Print on Demand

For landlords using our booking management service, we also distribute copies of your bespoke brochure in response to enquiries; this is done as part of the marketing of your property and is part of the service provided.
