One of my favourite pubs, not least becuase of the excellent pint of Dartmoor best bitter served here. A very popular pub, it can get crowded in high season.

A great place to eat and drink. The kids can play for hours on the adventure park, while you start of with a cream tea, and stay there for the rest of the day.

The finest ale in town. The mixed grill is also great value for a hungry visitor.

The George and Dragon
An attractive pub from the outside. unfortunately i've not visited this pub yet. I shall update this review after my next visit to Combe Martin in August.

The Top George
A very friendly pub with excellent beer and great atmosphere. All visitors to the village should take a stroll up to the Top George for lunch at least once.

The Globe
A favourite of our family. This pubs combines excellent beer, great food, friendly local atmosphere, kids play areas, beer garden and is the venue for a local morris dance troop - should you be lucky enough to be there on the right day.

The Sawmill
I recommend this pub for its excellent food. We eat here everytime we visit Combe Martin. Run by the same people as the Globe, and it has the same high standards and friendly atmosphere.

The Hunters Inn, Trentishoe
A great venue for lunch. Many great walks spread out from the hunters inn in every direction. You could take a short walk down to the coast. The serious walkers might like to walk here from Combe Martin along the North Devon Coast Path. You will be assured of a hearty meal when you arrive. But it's worth phoning before you set off, this is a very popular pub!
