A picture is worth a thousand words. When you try to describe your property nothing is as effective as a good quality photograph.

Our photographer will arrange a convenient date and time to meet you at your property. Before the photographer arrives we recommend that you thoroughly clean and dress the property to show it to best advantage.

Some things to bear in mind:

• The camera sees light as it is; each room has its own lighting requirements. Rooms may appear dark, or be dominated by prominent colours.
• Space: de-clutter the room before the photographer arrives.
• Open curtains, remove net curtains or blinds.
• Invest in colourful border plants to improve the appearance of the garden.
• The garden is very important
• Kerb appeal - the property needs to be well maintained, and access to the front door needs to be clear of weeds or obstructions

Panoramic Photography

With today's digital camera it is possible to electronically stitch two or more photographs together to create a panorama. Our photographer will have all the equipment necessary to take these pictures.

Technology exists to take one 360-degree photograph in one shot. These cameras do not do justice to the interior of a property since they do not have a full vertical field of view. The picture we create are 360-spherical panoramas, which mean that when used in a virtual tour you can PAN up to the ceiling and down to the floor. You can also zoom in to a surprising amount of detail (another good reason to be very thorough when getting the property ready for the photographer).

Virtual Tours

Having stitched all the images together to create a set of 360 degree photographs, these can then be used to create a Virtual Tour of your property. Our Virtual Tours include an unlimited number of panoramas to show off your property to its best advantage.

We host these Virtual Tours for you and a simple web link (URL) is provided to allow you to access the Virtual Tour from any other website. The Virtual Tours can also be downloaded and provided for you to host on your own server if you would prefer.

Several types of Virtual Tour can be created:

• An emailable executable file that can be sent to guests making enquiries
• An interactive (Java) presentation that allows the viewer to navigate himself arround the property
• A quicktime movie file
• Even an ipod presentation can be created

Floor Plans

Floor plans are now provided as standard by estate agents. We now recommend that all properties are shown with a floor plan. Like good photography there is nothing as effective at presenting a property than being able to see how the rooms relate to each other.

Floor plans are incorporated within our interactive virtual tours and allow the viewer to see exactly what a room looks like.

Video Tours

It is also economically viable for landlords to create bespoke video presentation of their properties. There is a certain wow factor in seeing a professional movie presentation. They can be cut to a DVD and sent to previous customers as a keepsake, they can be sent out with the hardcopy marketing brochure, or they can be placed on a website for on-line presentation or download. However, the drawback is the compromise between bandwidth (download speed) and quality. We can arrange a Video Tour for you, but 9 times out of 10 we would recommend a Virtual Tour is better quality and more effective.

CD-Rom

All our products are available as high resolution images on CD-ROM, with unlimited licence for reproduction..
