- Prices quoted are per week and are inclusive of gas and electricity
- Short Breaks: subject to availability during low season,
- Weekend breaks (Saturday to Tuesday) and
- Midweek Breaks (Wednesday to Saturday)
- Short break prices represent 70% of the full week prices.
- Bedding consists of 1 King Duvet, 1 Double Duvet, and 2 single Duvets (plus spare double duvet, and 2 single summer-weight duvets)
- Towels are provided at no extra cost - including: Beach towel, Bath sheet and hand towels
- Sheets and quiltcovers are provided at no extra charge.
- Pets (maximum 2 dogs @ £15 per dog per week) by arrangement.
- A refundable security deposit of £50 is required
